Transformers 3, Addendum
I’ve had awhile to sit and stew and mull over the steaming cow turd that is Michael Bay’s Transformer movies and I have a few other quick things to say about it.
These movies are not about Transformers. They are about humans. In a movie named Transformers, the Transformers themselves are secondary characters. I can understand having Shia and the other leading humans in there, if...

Transformers 3: Dark of The Moon Review
Well, it’s finally over.
I’m a HUGE Transformer fan. I grew up with the franchise, it’s part of my childhood and psyche. Thankfully, I can breath a sigh of relief that this movie saga is over….for now….
Bottom Line: Par for the Course. Great action, great explosions ( come on it’s a Michael Bay movie.) More stupid comedy, more inappropriate jokes, language,...

Thelbert.20 →
My webcomic has been on hiatus since well before Thanksgiving. I enjoyed my break, but I do feel bad not having updating in a while. Starting Tuesday, February, 1st I’m bringing it back.
I decided to treat my comic and it’s hiatuses as seasons of a TV show. Season 1 was the pilot season. Now it’s time for me to step up my game and really push my cartooning to new limits.

Crimson Fists Tactical Squad 1
Been working on my Crimson Fists Space Marines for Warhammer 40k. Here is my completed tactical squad 1.
First up: some Marines with boltguns.
Here’s my squad Seargent with a power fist and boltgun.
Here is a special unit with a flamer weapon. I decided to paint the end of the flamethrower red because the business end of the weapon is it’s “fist.”
And here’s...

In which I rant at my own expense
I’m not going to lie, I haven’t done a comic in a very long time. Thelbert is on hiatus, and has been on hiatus well before the holidays. I got a bit burnt out and my attention was drawn elsewhere. I’m working on bringing it back very soon. I’ve had a few folks ask me about it and if it’s died. It looks that way, but it hasn’t. I promise.
In fact, during this...
I have a problem...
A blogging problem. See, I want to keep up with a blog, I really do. I have a horrible time doing so. I want to blog about all kinda of different things. Art, movies, tv shows, cartoons, toys, graphic design, video games, dungeons and dragons, warhammer, all kinds of stuff.
Problem is, I try to make different blogs for each of those things. So, just like my history with webcomics, I try to do too...

Random Blog Post of Boredom
Yeah so I moved my blog site url over to tumblr from wordpress cause, well, I tend to like tumblr’s admin interface a lot better. It just seems more intuitive and easier for someone who isn’t a Internet wizard to use.
I wanted to get back into blogging again, aside from the webcomic. I suppose if i write something good and profound I can put it on the comic’s blog, but for the...

Geek Hobbies
Everyone has hobbies. Some people play sports. Some people customize their trucks and cars to make them look more tacky. Some people drink copious amounts of booze.
I would say I like to draw comics, but that’s not a hobby, that’s a passion. It’s something I want to do for a living.
My geeky hobbies consist of; Video games. I love playing games. Right now I’m slowly...

Spectacular Spectacles
As most stereotypical nerds, I sometimes have to wear glasses to read. I have the worst history with glasses. I can buy a pair of cheap reading glasses at Walmart or a drug store and they will keep forever. If I were to get a nice, expensive pair from a Spectacle Smith, I’d break them into thousands of pieces.
The current glasses I am wearing have several issues. The nose peice is missing...

I Am Afraid of Things
If you know me in real life then you know I can be somewhat of a coward. Not a whole lot of things in life scare me to the point of crying, but I think clowns are the number one fear. I’ve never liked clowns. They scare the crap out of me. It started when I was a child and my parents thought it would be a great idea to watch Stephen King’s “IT.” The clown in there still...

The Hairy Truth
My hair is uncontrollable. It is shaggy and can take any shape imaginable. Most times when it gets too long, I’ll wear a stocking cap. I usually push my hair backwards and then put the hat on, so that when I take the hat off, it provides the best comedic effect. My hair springs forth and flails about, making me look like the protagonist from Beakman’s World.
When I do get a hair cut,...

A Shameful Lunch
So, today at the office I waited until my co worker was gone before I ate my lunch.
I brought a Lunchables Sammich. The kind of thing you’d send a first grader to eat at the cafeteria. I tried to unwrap it very quietly as to not let anyone know that I was eating. I placed the thick cut of generic turkey on the frozen bread. I took the 4 thin cuts of cheese and layed them horizontally along...
